This company has exceeded my expectations. When there was an accidental mistake in my prescription, they corrected it promptly and sent me new contacts. One time my order was lost in the mail and they replaced them as well.

I have been using Hubble for my sons contacts for nearly a year now, mostly without any issues. However this last month the payment was taken earlier than usual on the 19th when it is usually the 28th and we are still waiting for the contacts, to the point that I have now had to order from another company that delivers next day as my son is out completely. It is difficult to speak with anyone and no response online. Something has clearly changed at Hubble and not for the best. I have no cancelled my subscription and moved back to the previous company as for the sake of saving a couple of £‘s each month it’s really not worth the hassle!
