My contacts were never delivered when I was home from College in July. The shipment kept saying out for delivery for 3 week. Additionally when my order was sent to my college the delivery driver couldn’t find out mail room and called my mom and had me meet him at his car. Ridiculous. We will be looking for a different provider.
Response from Hubble ContactsSep 15, 2026
Hi Kim, that does sound really frustrating. I looked into it and the July order got stuck because of a shipping address issue (on our end!). For the driver, I can't speak to why he would be confused but I am really sorry he bothered you all just for this delivery. Let us make this right to you. We’d like to provide a complimentary replacement order at no additional cost, so you can receive your contacts without any further hassle. We're going to reach out to you via email to confirm your shipping address and make sure there are no further issue. We're really sorry and appreciate the opportunity to make this right! Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

Wear their daily contacts. Contacts are comfortable and don’t strain the eyes. Customer Service is quick and easy to respond. They have an online Eye test and Eye Doctor available, if you don’t have your prescription available.

*UPDATE 9/26/26 I was sent two boxes of new contacts to remedy the situation. I appreciate them reaching out and rectifying the situation. Kudos to their management for stepping up. The contacts are the absolute worst quality. 4 out of the 6 contacts from one box have torn in the first week. Cancelled my subscription and will not be buying from them again or referring anyone to to purchase their contacts.
Response from Hubble ContactsSep 8, 2026
Hi Stacey, we’re sorry about the quality issues with your contacts. We’d be happy to send a complimentary replacement and assist with canceling your subscription. Please email [email protected] with the subject “ATTN: Trustpilot,” and we’ll take care of it. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
