I like how they are flexible
I like how they are flexible with the arrangements for repairs. I couldn't be around for a same day repair and we agreed for a later date, surely, they arrived on that day!

Ever since the onset of the SDGs
Ever since the onset of the SDGs, I really did my best to save on water. Imagine the disaster when water was leaking in our house, good things HSC responded very quickly. They came just before the whole bathroom flooded completely. Some things were still salvageable.

It was an easy repair
Before, I had to keep switching from company to company because I kept looking for a better one. Needless to say, I think I have found the best in HSC and I'm not switching anymore. They have replied the fastest in my opinion. It only took them an hour to set an appointment for my microwave repair and the repair oonly took 15 minutes total! Perhaps it was an easy repair but it was still beyond my own knowledge.

I had my washer cleaned and patched up…
I had my washer cleaned and patched up a few days ago. The people that came over smelled so bad, I couldnt stand near and watch over the repairs. Glad they could handle it for me instead!

The dryer's broken and the clothes are disaster
The dryer's broken and the clothes are dripping. I asked the HSC agent on the phone if they can have a repairman check the unit and see what's the problem. He came two days after and it's now fully repaired. Thanks HSC!

Worth the plan
The sales agent who took my call explained to me every single detail of the package I needed to know. As early as now, I feel valued as a client and I feel confident that I'l get what I pay for. I trust them with my whole heart. I haven't ever been in a committed relationship except for my home warranty. It has been 6 solid years with Home Service Club. They have seen my microwave, washing machine, and gutter at their worst but it has all been worth it with the plan I got from them! Wonderful!!!!

Marvelous work, HSC!
The washing machine and dryer both started acting wonky last Wednesday. Repairman arrived as scheduled, two days after I filed a claim. Now, it's as if both were newly-bought. Marvelous work, HSC!
