I have never felt so pampered like how I have been treated in HSC! I am in love with the service and efficiency that they offer to me. There are better ways to repair my washer for sure but I thought it would be best to tell HSC about it in the hopes that it would be covered! It was and I waited a bit for an appointment but it was all good

All my booboos can now be swept away by the magic and power of HSC! My ex hurt my heart a lot and I don't trust easily anymore. But thanks to HSC, I know that men can be helpful and friendly as well. They fixed my AC system for me and I don't need any help from a man in my life side from HSC.

My water heater suddenly broke and since I've been with home service club for almost 2 years now I requested for a claim and told me that they would be delivering service as soon as possible. Well, I was not disappointed. The next day, the repairman came and checked the water heater and fixed it on the spot. Thank you for the great service HSC.

Phoning in your complaint to HSC is really easy! Nothing daunting or worrisome about it at all! They've got pleasant staff to boot, too! Actually, I could've filled out the online form but I always call to follow up on my claim! Customer service is great!

Always, they move and respond with impeccable speed and agility. There's nothing to do but tell the others of the good news and service that HSC gives people! I sent a claim before I went to bed and they got a potential appointment the next day!

My boiler hasn't been working for days, so when I called HSC for assistance, they were very responsive. I didn't have to wait long before their service person arrived. I'd like to commend both their 3rd party repairman and the customer service assistance for a job well done in assisting me. Thanks!
