Our exhaust made baffling noises
Our exhaust made baffling noises. I was caught between wanting to see it and being terrified. The only clear thing I needed to do was to call HSC. They came around and had it checked. Naturally, I came along for my curiosity haha thank you

Im not so bad at repairs
Im not so bad at repairs except the roof was just too dangerous for me. Seeing them work on it like superheroes was just something else to behold! I asked for some help with my refrigerator because it stopped working already. They got me a new one within the week.

Worried that my broken generator is not included
Worried that my broken generator is not included in the Home Service Club package that I subscribed into but apparently it is included! They sent over a fix-it crew and worked on my over-heating generator in about two hours. Couldn't be grateful enough!

Kudos for having guys like him, HSC!
I must say that the Home Service Club customer representative that I spoke to on the phone regarding my hanging gutter was really friendly. It felt like I was talking to someone I knew for years! He was really polite and happy-sounding and on top of being really approachable, he knew all about what to do with my problem. Kudos for having guys like him, HSC!

My brother and my microwave
My brother couldn't for the life of him figure out what went wrong with the microwave. I don't know what he did to it but it was busted all right. Good thing Home Service Club fixed it for us in a jiffy! Super thanks!

The fix it guy sent by Home Service…
The fix it guy sent by Home Service Club to fix my malfunctioning heater was amazing! He checked the unit and when he realized that it was already irreplacable, he told me that he would just replace it for me. It only took him a couple of days to replace it!

My brother talked to an HSC agent
My brother talked to an HSC representative and asked him to send over a repair guy who could fix our wonky ac. The agent was friendly and polite but the repair guy that they sent over took hours before he could fix the unit. Maybe he wasn't as knowledgeable as we thought he would be.
