I have a policy with the Home Service Club and so far I have had to use the service twice. The first time was when I had a broken pipe. They sent over a plumber and he was quite the handyman. The second time was when the dishwasher died. That repair took a few days as there were parts that needed to be ordered.

I made a service request to the Home Service Club because one of the valves in the shower started leaking very badly. When the serviceman arrived, he carefully explained to me what he needed to do in order to make the appropriate repairs, which was to basically cut a hole in the drywall to access a pipe. Although he fixed the leak, I had to wait a day for another contractor to come out to fix the hole. I’m happy with HSC!

When my heater decided not to heat the house anymore, we called HSC. Since we have a warranty with them, they sent out someone for repair. We only had to pay our deductible. I am so glad that we have this warranty.

I bought a policy with the Home Service Club about a year ago and this was my first experience with making a claim as my AC was making a horrible sound! They sent the AC Repairman out who reported to me that the bearing on the fan was not secure and as a result the top of the housing was badly cracked. I took about a week since he had to order new replacements but he got it fixed!

I wanted to make sure that my policy covered that cost so I called HSC and spoke with Brenda. After receiving the electricians report, she said it would indeed be covered. A few days later I had a brand new working ceiling fan.

When we bought our house years ago, it came with a policy from the Home Service Club. Throughout this time I have been quite happy with their people who answer the phones and the people they send out to fix things. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and have recommended them to all of our friend and family!

I am so glad we purchased a warranty from The Home Service Club. We came home from vacation to find a leaking hot water tank. A call was made, they sent a tech out and the next morning a new water tank was installed.
