On a hot summer day the AC suddenly stopped working. There was a small of burning in the air also. I called in my policy with the Home Service Club and they sent out a HVAC Professional. He needed to get some parts and returned an hour later. He got it fixed!

I just purchased a policy with the Home Service Club. I learned about their services from a neighbor so I reached out to them. The representative a spoke to was quite knowledgeable, well spoken, and she answered all my questions. There was no pressure whatsoever.

I called in my policy with the Home Service Club in panic mode when I found out that my furnace was giving off high amounts of carbon monoxide. The lady I spoke with, named Pricilla, calmed me down and told me it was all going to be taken care of. The contractor was rushed to my house and discovered that the housing was cracked. The whole thing needed to be replaced. And most importantly, the costs of doing that were covered in my policy. What a relief!

The ceiling in the hallway was leaking. The Home Service Club sent out one of their contracted plumbers to my house and he started his work. Just as suspected, a pipe needed to be repaired. He started on that right away and said to call HSC again to have the celling itself fixed. The next day, a drywall specialist showed up and patched up the hole. Very efficient!

My hot water boiler was not working well. Not only was the water temperature inconsistent but it would spurt out sessions of rusty colored water. I called in my policy with the Home Service Club and they sent over a specialist. He initially thought it was a faulty thermostat and had that replaced, but that didn’t fix the problem. When he came back out, he brought a brand new water boiler with him.

I called the Home Service Club to let them know that my dishwasher was not washing dishes. They sent a contractor out who ran some tests and of course to him, it was working just fine but I explained that dishes were not being washed, which I demonstrated. The contractor was very puzzled and logged it as that it needed to be replaced not repaired. Thanks to HSC, I got a new dishwasher!

I put in a claim with the Home Service Club. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working properly. In fact, it stopped running altogether when the contractor they sent showed up. He said the motor was shot and that it needed to be replaced. I was concerned if the expense was covered and when I called, I was assured it was. Thank you so much HSC

Our hot water heater was messed up! Gallons upon gallons of water was filling up the garage and out into the street. I placed the call with the Home Service Club and explained this emergency to them. A contractor and his assistant showed up and assessed the situation, finally concluding that the unit needed to be replaced. Thank you HSC!
