I am not exaggerating when I say that my water heater exploded. Water was all over the basement.. I am so happy I have a policy with the Home Service Club and when I called them, I could barely speak but Jennifer was so understanding and calmed me down. I needed to hear words like that during that crisis. It took a few days but I have a new water heater now.

The Home Service Club is a good company! I had problems with my strove and filed a claim over the phone. The rep was very helpful and sent out a contractor. He had to run out to get a few parts but when he returned, he got the stove working again.

The kitchen sink was clogged. I tried the liquid stuff and a plunger but it didn’t work. I called in my policy with the Home Service Club and they sent out a plumber. He brought in a device he called a snake and that did the trick. Thank you!
