I have been a long time customer. Every single order has been perfect. The best product, production time and customer service anywhere. No matter if I order from the website or my reps email it's perfect every time!

Disappointed!!! I have tried to apply these transfers with two different presses. Each time I have to press, I get totally different results. I have wasted so many shirts (and transfers) because it is hit or miss if they adhere adequately to the shirt. I called and requested to return them because of the quality. They sent shipping label and I boxed them back up. After having the product in house for 11 days, I sent an email because I had not heard anything back. They informed me that they tested the product and they all worked fine so they were returning them to me. So much for a guarantee! I switched to Howard Custom Transfers because they offered Glitter with a GUARANTEE! I will not purchase from them again and will switch back to my original vendor. I don't want to waste any more shirts "attempting" to use these transfers!
