Howard Custom Transfers, Inc.Reviews of howardct.com

Love the transfers! My design included eyelashes with such fine detail & they turned out perfect. Customer service is top notch.

This was my 1st time using Howard Custom Transfers and it was very positive experience. They answered all my questions, gave me much needed advice, and provided my product quickly and cost effectively. I would use them again. Thank you. Your services are greatly appreciated.

Great Job! Fast Service & Great Quality! Most important - my customer was happy! -thanks Shawn

I would give five stars for the final product and the interaction with all employees, they were all very attentive and quick to answer any questions. The only reason for the four stars rating was the online-ordering process. I should note that this was my first time ordering transfers. Some of the requests for information could be made a little clearer for first-timers. When the form asked for dimensions - were they asking for the final piece of artwork or the gang sheet size? Maybe have an option that allows user to tell you they are submitting gang sheet artwork. The quantity needed, the number of gang sheets??

The communication when ordering was great but the product is not good.

This company is fantastic! Ashley, has been amazing with her quick response and her patience! Everyone I have worked with to complete my orders from start to finish are wonderful. The transfers are beautiful, I really like the large file sheet that comes with the transfers for me to keep as reference. Unlike other companies the file sheets they send can be mistaken for another sheet of paper. Howard’s are bright green, unmistakable, love them! I also really appreciate the options for different sizes of transfer sheets offered and my favorite option is overnight shipping- this is make or break for me! Overall, this company is the very best of them all from all I’ve seen!

Great product, great service, quick delivery!

My transfers arrived super fast a day ahead of schedule. And when I had problem (totally MY fault) Denny was super sweet in talking me through it. My transfers pressed well and look amazing. Already getting my next order together ahead of my Vendor events for the Holiday Season.
