Was told my press was the issue when I have been using the same heat press with other transfers with no issues

Keiko, we would love to resolve any issues. Our goal is certainly to provide you with a high-quality product that's easy to apply. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to apply the transfers with your heat press, it's just a matter of finding the right "formula". Should you be in a time crunch, Jarvis' offer to print your garments in-house free of charge still stands! Thank you for your feedback.
