Had a less than positive experience over the weekend but reasoned that I would give House Plans another go and call on Monday to see if the experience would be better. I spoke to a House Plan Advisor and I am so glad that I did. He was able to answer my every question in detail and with authority. Since that initial conversation, he has been available, responsive and pro-active. His communications skills are superb from the initial call to coordinating with the design team to placing the order and successful payment (cc company flagged purchase as dubious and declined the card). And then I spoke to someone on the design team who was equally professional and responsive and thoroughly knowledgable about the revision process and expediting plan changes, explaining in detail the process. Purchasing house plans on-line is a scary thing for the homeowner but these two employees of Zonda House Plans allay those fears by knowing their product so thoroughly and their prompt and pleasant interaction with the client.

Great selection. I wish at this price the add on's where not add on's. Right hand reverse costs money? I have been in this industry for years, and that is a simple comand in blue beam. Other than that, am happy.

The only thing I would change is to make sure you send out the plans before you send out the survey. We got them in the opposite order.
