Jeff The Amazing Sales Person!!!!
Jeff was concise with his explanations. He was highly kind and informative. He just seemed to truly care about answering my questions. Jeff was able to tie up the deal in a timely manner and gained my trust readily as I could vividly see that he is a genuinely caring person and not just a good sales person.

I started my process some time while…
I started my process some time while back ( Almost 1 year ago ). I want to thank Geoff LeGallais ( Jeff ), for his quick respond to all of my questions and friendlyness, even when it took me this long to decide on which floor plan I wanted to purchase and what modifications I wanted to make, he was helpful and patient, always undertanding that this is a big desission. Kristi Hoffman, with LifeStyly Design Services was also helpful and prompt with her responses to my questions and my request. Thank you to your team for your help through this processes !

Live up to their name Houseplans
Filter system made it easy to dial in what my wife and I bought. Great selection of floor plans and was happy with the pricing. Wish they gave a better selection on what you get with the plans but happy none the less.
