I was extremely disappointed with my purchase from House of Ceylan. I paid $87 AUD for a jacket that was advertised as being warm and high quality, but the product I received was thin, poorly made, and nowhere near worth the price. The stitching was substandard, the inside fluff was cheap, and the outer material felt low quality. Honestly, it looked like something purchased from Shein and resold at a significant markup. The sizing was inaccurate, and the colour of the jacket was noticeably different from what was advertised on the website. What made the experience even more frustrating was the return process. The website states that refunds are available if customers are unhappy with their purchase. However, when I contacted them, they initially offered store credit while allowing me to keep the item, then later offered only a 40% refund. I ultimately had to dispute the transaction through PayPal. I was advised to return the jacket at a cost of approximately $62 AUD, which was unreasonable given the item's value. After further escalating the dispute, I eventually received a full refund. Based on my experience, the product quality did not match the advertising, and the customer service and refund process were disappointing. I would not purchase from this company again.

I placed an order on April 7th. It is now June 3rd and I have not received my purchase. I have contacted the supplier several times being sent "its with the carrier" email and a 20% off coupon for my troubles. Do you really think that I would purchase anything else from them when I have not received my original order?? I wrote them again stating 2 months is WAY to long to wait for my package getting greeted with please be patient!!! My patience is running out. I need a refund and will seek any measure I can to get it. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN and ask you to think twice about it also.

I ordered a dress and never received it. I requested proof of delivery and they are unable to provide it. Don't order from this company

You will not get your full refund be aware there refund policy is not what it says on the website it says you will get your full refund put back on your card How a business can operate like this should be shut down

This company is full of shit! I recieved my item only to find out it didn't match the description at all. It's going on a month since first initializing a return and refund, and they keep giving me the runaround. Their condescending email responses and fake contact phone number they provided is all bogus. Don't waste your time buying from this lame company. I just want to return this low quality item and get my $85 refund back already, but they've mastered making it impossible to honor that.

I ordered two dress suit items from Houseof ceylan. One of the skirts on the suit had a stain, as though it had been preworn. Both of the suits were ujnprofessionally stitched. The items I received look very little like the advertised items. They are very poorly sewn. I ordered this exact same item from Temu. The Temu item was unprofessionally sewn and also looked very little like what was advertised. When I saw this same item on house of Ceylan, I thought it had to be the real thing, so I ordered it. It was the exact same item with the same poor quality and unprofessional construction. The only difference was the cost. I paid $27.00 for the Temu suit, and $85.00 for the house of ceylon suit. It has been a month and there is still no resolution. They want to charge me a return fee and a portion of the cost for preworn, stained, unprofessionally sewn items. I have been corresponding with them, but they are not straightforward and refuse, by way of omission and commission, to refund the monies and receive their low quality, preworn clothing back.

I ordered a faux fux jacket and I decided I wanted to return the item because it did not the item because it was not flattering. There was a suggested restocking fee of $20, which I agreed to. The mgr. Shana on 5/9/26 who tried to negotiate a 20% refund and for me to keep the item. I told her absolutely not. She agreed to send me a return label or QR code. To date 5/13/26, I have not been able to contact them on the phone, nor are they responding to my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR IT IS A SCAM. IF THEY MAKE RIGHT ON MY RETURN, I WILL COME BACK TO THIS SITE AND LET YOU KNOW.
