My order never arrived, it was never sent. They wouldn't issue a refund and the run around they gave me was astounding. If you order from them prepare to lose your money. They should not be in business.

I wanted to return an order as the quality of the items was very poor. I did not even take the items out of the plastic bags. Initially, there was prompt engagement from the company acknowledging the return request. Everything went downhill from there. After 2 months of empty promises I sent items back using tracked and registered mail. I will NEVER engage with this comoany again.

I would rate them a negative number if I could. Their items are falsely advertised and taken from someone else’s pages. I ordered a burgundy dress and received red. It was an $80 purchase that was marked down from over $100, however if I’d seen it in the store I wouldn’t pay $10 for it, the quality is poor and the material is cheap. Don’t even let me get started on the customer service. I reached out via email to return the dress for a refund and all they’ve done is stalled. I’ve sent at least 6 emails since the September 9th, and have only received long emails and excuses regarding why it’s taking so long to send me the information to return the item. So my advice to anyone thinking about ordering from this site, you will not receive what you pay for and you probably won’t be able to return it; at least I haven’t. So don’t walk from this site just delete it and RUN.

Terrible experience—I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The clothing I received looks nothing like what was advertised online. On top of the awful quality, the sizing is completely off. When I contacted customer service to explain that the items are to big, they are not resolving the issue and they were ordered in July. A reputable business should stand behind its products and honor returns for poor merchandise. This company is a total scam—beware!

I ordered a top in April 2026 and to date being 21st August 2026 I have not received the top and I cannot get a refund. THIS IS A SCAM, BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. so frustrating and disappointing. I will not buy anything that is advertised on instagram any more.

I recently ordered a dress from your store, but I am disappointed with the quality of the item, as the fabric and stitching look cheap. I attempted to return the dress in hopes of exchanging it for a different item, but I was informed that I cannot return it. I am very dissatisfied with this policy, as I expected better quality for the price and should be allowed to return an item that does not meet basic standards.

I ordered a piece of clothing in January and never received it. I contacted the company and I have been trying to receive a refund ever since. I have emails about "understanding my frustration," "thanking me for my patience," and "we recognize that this has not been an ideal experience and your willingness to work with us means a great deal" - bunch of lies! Still waiting on a refund and now I want everyone to know that they are not reputable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
