Housecall Pro really helps our business grow and stay current with our customers. The invoicing, estimates, and collecting make running our business easier and it saves a lot of time. I would not use any other software. My only complaint would be that if the problem you are having is not on the current road map to being fixed it can take awhile to get it resolved.

Field edge/ coolfront had most of my OEM part numbers, I hardly can find one in Profit Rhino. Coolfront would give me a breakdown of the task item like labor time and part cost. The info on PR isn't as clear. Freon pricing updates have not been done, although we were told they would be updated. HSP should integrate with the basic Coolfront pricing platform. I like the HSP PLATFORM but pairing it with PR has not made my life easier.
