Thank you — and how great that a friend pointed you our way; word of mouth means the world to us. So glad the Bear Lake home was a hit with everyone and that booking it was easy from start to finish. Here for the next trip whenever you're ready.

Love hearing it — thanks for taking a second to share!

Thank you — saved time, saved money, and a direct line to the owner is exactly the experience we're built for. "I'll use Houfy for all my next rentals" is about the best thing we can hear. We'll be here for every one of them.

Thank you — easier and a better rate is exactly the difference we're trying to make. Glad it worked out that way for your stay.

Thank you for flagging this. Missing recent activity and messages from your host not showing up is exactly the kind of thing we want to run down, and it's usually traceable to a specific cause on a specific account. If you reach our team through the Help option on the site, we can look at your account directly and find where those messages are. I don't want a messaging glitch to be the thing standing between you and an otherwise good experience.

Thanks Amy! Booking direct with the owner is exactly what Houfy is built around. Enjoy your stay!

This might be my favorite review we've received in a while — thank you. Making the switch when you're in a frontier-zoned area with unreliable internet and you're not a "phone person" takes real nerve, and the fact that you did it (and got to keep your Airbnb reviews) is genuinely great to hear. That's exactly the kind of host Houfy is built for: keep the direct relationship with your guests, skip the fees that were quietly inflating your prices, and actually reach a person when you need help. Sorry the Square verification put you through the wringer before releasing your funds — that piece sits with the payment processor rather than us, but I completely understand how stressful it is to have money you're owed held up. Glad it resolved. And yes: we're here as you go along. Any time something feels unclear, reach out and we'll walk you through it. You've got this.

Thank you — a clean tool for direct bookings at a fair price, as a real alternative to the OTAs, is exactly what we set out to build. And fair catch on the Airbnb promotion sync; it's the kind of detail we want to close the gap on, so thanks for flagging it. Glad to have you here.
