Quick and easy to use. Very efficient. Timely communication. Allowed me to keep in touch with accommodation owners in real time.

I have used Houfy 2 times and had no problems with the condo I made reservation with. I will be using them again and again.

Easy to use for a home rental platform

Setting up my property listing was pretty easy. Overall Houfy seems like a good option for direct bookings. My first guest luckily was a friend as she did experience a little frustration when she entered her dates and it got to the part about trip insurance/cancellation. The frustration was that she didn’t enter anything in the text box and it wouldn’t let her go any further. It was not clear that something, anything needed to be entered in the text box. I have since added bold instructions about this in hopes that it is easier for the next guest who I may not know and who may not be as forgiving.

Great alterternative to AirBNB and VRBO. Low prices and a closer relationship between host and guest.

It is a great direct booking site to add to the other platforms you can list on.
