Hot Tub Cover SpotReviews of hottubcoverspot.com

Great and timely communication during ordering, production and delivery.

Absolutely beautiful, high quality and custom made as we have a pretty non typical shaped hot tub, Mike talked us through the process of measuring and came up with several templates for us to choose the style for us. The communication was phenomenal and the price was fair!

The hot tub cover was well constructed and fit perfect. The process for ordering the cover was easy and the service was great.

I received my hot tub cover about a week ago (12/19/2025) after ordering on 11/26/2025 (less than a month). It fit perfectly, is made extremely well, and it's better quality than the original hot tub cover that I am replacing. I tried other web sites, but their ordering process was confusing, and then you get to the end and the other companies wanted $200 for shipping. Hot Tub Cover Spot included the shipping and the total price was several hundred dollars less than going through a local dealer. It pays to shop around. Satisfied Customer from Austin, Texas

Perfect fit, excellent materials and craftsmanship. Everything I hoped for in a spa cover.

GREAT COVER AT A GREAT PRICE! I had my reservations when I had to measure my hot tub for this custom made cover. But, when it arrived and it fit perfectly….😁. Words can’t express how pleased I am with this cover. I’m spreading the word on this company! Great job guys!

Website was easy to use, great communication from the company, cover was exactly as ordered and delivered within a month of order. Fits perfectly.

I placed my order with HTCS on 11/16 - the website was very easy to use. I immediately received notification that the order was being processed, with an estimated timeline. On 11/28 they let me know the cover had shipped and gave me tracking, along with explaining how LTL shippers operate. My new cover arrived 12/9 - It was exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. Each time I reached out with a question, Mike would respond quickly. I'm really happy with it.
