Thank you for the high level of service and quality workmanship! I was previously in the pool and spa business and am very familiar with spa covers and the differences in product quality. The cover you provided far exceeds my expectations, and I'm very happy with its fit and materials. I would definitely recommend your products and services to anyone who is looking for QUALITY with GREAT SERVICE!

I received an excellent hot tub lid. perfect fit. perfect seams. correspondence, shipping, tracking and delivery without a hitch. its always difficult to relax and buy online from unknown company, but this was five star for product and service. and the lid came weeks before i was expecting. nice surprise. i would recommend them and buy from them in the future.

I spent a lot of time shopping around, looking for a replacement cover for my Caldera Geneva hot tub. The manufacturers cover barely lasted three years and I was very disappointed. Mike at Hot Tub Cover Spot was awesome and kept me grounded while I made sure I measured the hot tub correctly. (Measure twice, pay once… I measure 50 times! The cover arrived in absolutely perfect condition and looks great. My research indicated that the WeatherShield fabric was the best and much better than the manufacturers marine vinyl fabric. Really very happy with the product and highly recommend Hot Tub Cover Spot!

I recently ordered a hot tub cover from Hot Tub Cover Spot and had a great experience. Their website made it really easy to take accurate measurements, which gave me confidence when placing the order. When the cover arrived, the fit was perfect—like it was made specifically for my tub. The quality is solid and it feels very durable. It also seems to hold heat well, which is a big plus. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Hot Tub Cover Spot to anyone needing a new cover.

I was so tired of trying to lift my old 900 pound hot tub lid. I searched and researched online to find the best deal as our local shop was charging more than out tub was worth. I came across Hot Tub Cover Spot and was so impressed with their simple order form, extremely reasonable pricing and shipping! I pulled the trigger and received personalized followup emails to ensure I ordered correctly and boom, less than 3 weeks later our new cover arrived! It is perfect in every way! Thank you Mike Smith! Great job all around!

Our new cover arrived today - perfect fit and as ordered. Free shipping was what made the deal for me. The website was easy to navigate. Staff reached out immediately on a Saturday to confirm the non-standard measurements on out nearly 20-year old spa. The cover arrived only 12 days after placing the order. My last cover replacement took months with a difference site.
