Bought tickets for Porto game on 6/5/18 over 6 months ago, on the 2/5/18 they cancelled the booking as they couldnt get the tickets. They said the refund would take up to 30 days, its is now 36 days and I still havent been refunded?? I have emailed them 3 times no response? They have had my money over 6 months so why is it so difficult to get my refund sooner when they cancelled the booking.

Do not buy from this company!!!! We paid for premium tickets and we got delivered low-price tickets. The money difference has been kept by hotfootballtickets. We have sent pictures of tickets of proof, and we have asked for a refund on the difference - but after a first reply, the company do not answer us anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have bought football tickets from other companies before and always received what I paid for. This company is a new and very bad experience.

DO NOT BUY TO THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!!! The company does not exists and you have no where to make a claim. They send every now and then one real ticket but in the meantime they steal a lot of others. They have an address in Spain that doesn't exist, the telephone number for that address is from the US although they call you from an UK number; without giving any solution off course. They stole me 450€.. they don't want to give me the ticket nor the money. Hope you don't have the same problem. --- NO COMPREN A ESTA COMPAÑÍA. ¡ES UNA ESTAFA! La compañía no existe y no hay lugar donde reclamar. Me imagino que envian un boleto cada tanto, pero mientras tanto roban a muchos otros. Tienen una dirección en Barcelona que no existe, el número de teléfono de esa dirección es de los EE. UU. aunque te llaman de un número de Inglaterra; sin dar ninguna solución. Compre un ticket y no me lo dan ni me devuelven los 450 €. Espero que no tengas el mismo problema.

Just like other 1star reviews, same story (contact delivery) (tickets will arrive before match) bla bla bla The problem is its the world cup match, ticket is needed for the Fan ID..available on Live chat to direct you to the delivery center!! Their respond after few emails was get a tourist visa in case delays in receiving tickets which is a must for a Fan ID!!!! Now I feel like canceling the whole trip in which I will lose a lot of money.. dont know what to do.. expected delivery has passed..dont use them..I wish I have either piked up a trusted company or didnt bother going from the start!! shame..they have spoiled the moment.. Be very careful!! Well.. I must update my review but still the above negative points has already happened! so I did make it to Russia and I did get my tickets 5hrs before the match so you can use them and you will get your tickets but expect to be on your TOES all the way till the day of the game.

Apalling. We booked the tickets 2 weeks ago. A birthday present for our son. Paid £325 for two tickets. When the tickets did not arrive 24 hours before the game we chased and then they cancelled and said they could no longer deliver them. They were then unavailable by phone email and internet chat to discuss the sale. We were all devastated. And felt really bad for my child. Please do not use this site. I don’t believe any of the good reviews about them. Do not be fooled into purchasing tickets that are not real.

cancelled tickets on me even though there T&C's state guarantee tickets, game kicks off at 12.30pm it now 5.30pm day before. no time to cancel or rearrange. Very poor show. can use them again as cannot trust them. lost money on parking now

Just back from Liverpool v Roma champions league semifinal. Best nite of my life. Had reserves about booking with Hot football tickets. Turned out they are first class. Regular communication by email and text to keep us up to date expected delivery of tickets. Tickets delivered to hotel night before game as promised. Great seats. Thank you Hot Football tickets.

Desaster!!!! Never again. We are from Germany ordered 2 Tickets for CL Liverpool-Roma and one day before the game they cancelled our Tickets... Idiots! We have to pay the Fligt and the Hotel.... nobody cares....
