Purchased tickets for Man city v Brighton and Hove. Paid over £200 for tickets face value of £45 each but I guess that's how they make money. Received an email asking for an address in London to send tickets to as they may not arrive until the day. I called customer service and the absolute cretin who answered the phone could not have been more unconcerned, rude, obnoxious and just an absolute moron. I asked him if this was a scam as we had been saving for these tickets for my sons birthday for months, he found that very insulting, obviously had not read all of the other reviews. We eventually received our tickets by special delivery on the Thursday before Saturdays match so I cant fault them on this. I would never use them again, the worry and the stress involved with will we or wont we get the tickets, should we or shouldn't we book parking? was just too much. Having read the other reviews I would say we were lucky this time and I will not tempt fate twice, lack of customer service support has also put me off.

...... They have issued a refund. Looks like if you call them and talk to a sales rep before booking the ticket is better. I can recommend them to be better at explaining they do not ship tickets out of the country and that they usually deliver 2 days before the match. COMMUNICATION is the key here. So all in all i ended up being treated well after all. Impossible to communicate with. Only responds with pre-made emails. Refuse to deliver the tickets before time so i can plan flights etc. Based on other reviews there is a good chance i will never get my tickets. They refuse to refund me my money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I ordered two tickets to the Liverpool v Newcastle Game which took place on 26th December 2018. Before purchasing i was assured by a member of the online talk team tickets would be delivered before christmas as it had explained how vital this was as the were a christmas present. Around a week before the game i recieved an email asking for a Liverpool address to deliver the tickets too, unfortunaly i did not have one of these but was insteads given a loctation of where to pick the tickets up from on the day of the game. Although this wasn't ideal, i picked up the tickets with no hassle, the guy was there waiting for me and i was 45 minutes early! We had a fab time altough the process could have been less stressful.

ordered 2 tkts to a Chelsea game for some friends visiting London. Tkts were delivered at very short notice 2 days before the match but to the wrong address. Registered delivery was unsigned & returned to the depot so I was forced to go to the Fedex depot near Heathrow myself to pick up the tkts otherwise redelivery would have taken another 2 days therefore missing the game. Watch out for - added costs to the transaction; delivery at short notice; delivery to the wrong address

I ordered my ticket weeks before the event and on the day of the event they said that the ticket could not be delivered to us so we had to go pick the ticket up, they came though in the end.

Hi, So I bought tickets to watch Arsenal vs Hull on the 18th of October 2014. Bought the tickets for the upper tier a month plus before game day. I was so happy and excited as I am from Brunei and I had to travel 16 hours to UK to watch the game. Not only that I'm an avid Arsenal fan and it will be my first time stepping into the emirates stadium. So when I got the tickets, did the normal procedure, signed the confirmation and sent it back to them. When I arrived in the UK, I got an email on the 17th of Oct 2014 stating that they could not get in contact to me and that my ticket has been cancelled and that my money was to be refunded. Okay being an Arsenal fan and the fact that I had to travel 16 hours on a plane just to catch this flight really pissed me off!! I called them up and I was persistent with the person. I needed my tickets! I wanted to watch the game. During the call, I demanded to talk to the accountant as well as the manager. Two hours later, got a call from the manager and they managed to get me new tickets. I was damn pleased. I was also very happy the fact that they sold my tickets to someone else and they replaced mine with the lower tier. No further charges. I was very lucky to step into the Emirates Stadium and having to sit on the lower tier. A few metres away from the players. An unbelievable experience. In summary, yes they pissed me off at first, but they came through. I had an enjoyable time watching the game. We didn't win, we didn't lose, but we drew. The fact that I was there enjoying the atmosphere made my day. So thank you Hotfootballtickets for a worrying experience yet enjoyable one at the end. Thanks!
