System made my reservation okay but I didn't understand it was a pre-pay system. Working for a state agency, I'm supposed to pay onsite so that state taxes etc. can be deducted. Now I may not be able to receive any reimbursement for the company travel.

I logged on to make a reservation and in a couple of clicks, I had my hotel room. No hassle.

My reservation was cancelled without anyone telling me. I arrived do the hotel and did not have any reservation. When I called I was told that the payment on my credit card was pending.. Not possible I shop on line all the time with this card that has no spending Limit.

Just found a great deal to Scottsdale, AZ this weekend. Easy website to use and quick check out process.

In a society where people are very short patient,the sevice was very professional and I was treated like a VIP. I'am statisfied.

I was unaware that I was on this site as I searched for a price at a Hilton. I booked and then realized I had the wrong date. THEN, I tried to undo it. I think I finally cancelled reservation, or so I seriously hope. I didn't see any 'booking fee' info. either. When tried to make the change, site said best way to change was call direct BUT they list no phone # I can find. Now, I wait and see if I get the chargeback on my cc. In accessing my reservation, they made me enter my cc # again. That doesn't seem right.

I had a true rip off experience with them. Promising Free parking ($60) and Free wi-fi. ($15). They lied to me about both. I ended up paying the parking fee of $60. The hotel Westin St Francis in San Francisco waived the wi- fi charge when I told them what happened. Not a good experience! My room was poorly ventilated facing a very noisy street. I'm sure I got that room because I went through Hotelreservations.com. I'm very disappointed.

I made a reservation thinking I was calling the Sheraton. I specifically asked about their cancellation policy. I was told they do not charge a cancellation fee but if the hotel charges a cancellation fee they would "pass it on". I booked a date that was 6 months away and cancelled 28 minutes later. My card was charged $318 as a cancellation fee/penalty. I contacted the Sheraton hotel . They told me they would not charge a cancellation fee under these circumstances. I contacted the crooks Hotelreservations.com and was told they would reverse the charges. They lied again. Nothing was reversed. I filed a dispute claim with the credit card company. The hotelreservations.com lied to the Credit card company, telling them that I was told of their cancellation policy. So these people are crooks, liars and ripoff scam artists.
