They suspend service from nothing and without notice and then you need to chase billing for the refund to happen. But when you need to pay they charge you instantly. They don't even allow me to make a backup of my accounts before they suspend. Crap

Hi everyone, Im writing this review today to to warning you to stay away from this Hosting, I swear thiss is the most poor hosting that use it in my life. I was using a wordpress website and today i found that my website is down. the problem is the first thing that i want to do it is backup my website, and i found that there is no option for that, i contacted the support and they said : hey mate you need to download the files through FTP or purchase our cloud backup service. What!!!!!!!!!. I told hi i have zero visitor why did my site is down, BTW i bought A sared hosting Basic Web Hosting. After all the support said to me : I understand and if you would like to send that feedback to our executive management, you can email us. Please change your way from this hosting it's a scam and want you to pay more to get service that is free ij the other company. They don't care about me or you.

Liar website, scam my money Due to my mistakes, I made a mistake and booked a service, canceled immediately, they did not give me a refund. Also said various rude demands Fraud First encountered this spam website and service provider

Will not refund over 300 dollars for an account that is less than 24 hours old. I have to do a charge back if I want to see my money. Stay away. Can’t get a hold of billing over the phone, apparently they don’t have phones. Such crap.

Really good online support

Hostwinds didn't work for me. I had problems connecting with the FTP. So I cancelled the order within a few hours of purchase (and well within its supposed “60 day money back guarantee”). However, when you cancel the order it does NOT automatically generate a refund. You have to contact the billing team separately and chase them for a refund!. They took payment immediately but I am still waiting (over a week) for a refund.

My initial data: Using basic web hosting on their Dallas server (dal-shared-23.hostwindsdns.com) since December 2018. My site (astyr.org) is running on OSSN application. It was installed with help of Softaculos script collection they have. Process of usage: Site is fast, no problems with adding new participants to my network. Client service: I always see chat assistant live when I’m in my client area. Feel comfortable with that. After 4 months of using I can recommend this provider.
