They failed at the beginning
After I purchased the Windows VPS service and my product was ready, I couldn't connect it. It took about 1 hour solving it. This is the main alphabet of being hosting service: get payment easily and make the customer connected to the product fast. That's why I cut one star. It has been 24 hours and there is no problem yet. Product seems good.

Fast servers
The windows vps I bought during the black friday discount was setup very quickly. The vps was very fast...damn. The only problem is that it would have been costly if I didn't buy it during that time.

Good
Updated. I have had a problem which is now resolved. The tech support is very prompt but to the less tech savy sometimes don't understand the question, hence the confusion. Generally though have been very happy with the service and had it for over 3 years.
