Continued hosting + domain usage, excellent customer support
Hostwinds has great customer support and are always quick and friendly with their responses. They take their time to answer questions and find solutions.

Ok, but don't use Edge (android)
Another website that doesn't work well/at all on Edge (android) - it's not alone there are one or two others. I had to switch to Firefox (android) half way though renewing to complete the transaction

Terrible hosting
Terrible hosting. Even one Wordpress site does not work on the "Ultimate Business" tariff plan!!! The support service does not solve the problem!

Ultimate hosting is ultimately terrible
I was told that 'Ultimate hosting' would be fine for four Wordpress websites. Hostwinds migrated the sites (with hitches I might add). But once everything was in place, I was shocked to find that the websites were hitting the ceiling of the hosting plan limits on RAM. I've basically been lied to. Please don't choose this company. To add...I was offered a refund, but then when this didn't transpire I emailed four times and was totally ignored.
