I've been with them for 2 yrs and for the past 4 months it has been one issue after the other. Website having lots of downtime, emails not working, always trying to say that cause is never on their end when in fact it clearly is. I've moved my hosting to a new provider and what would you know, I've had no issues there. They really need to get sorted or they will continue to lose clients. I will be moving all my other websites from them as they can never resolve any of the issues.
