Host4Geeks - Premium Managed Web HostingReviews of host4geeks.com

I live in Germany. I use my PayPal account for payment for my friend. I never allowed Host4geeks for automatic payment. This cheap company has charged me automatically, that i didn’t like. So i contacted PayPal service to stop automatic payment for them. Host4geeks has deleted my friend Hosting account instantly without giving his backup. My friend business lost thousands of dollars. Host4geeks is not reliable. I recommend to buy through another reliable hosting company. Never Ever Host4Geeks.

I was attracted with instant chat support. Their billing department is just ignored department. As from pakistan there is no paypal so i kept using different payment methods from my friends internationally. What is most inappropriate thing they keep saving all their payment details in their system without my consent. Instead on reminder they keep trying and charging from my friends PayPal thus showing them spam charging without letting me know as due invoice to be paid. Last time they charged unethically and terminated my account without even knowing me they did deduct the payment and did not gave me my clients backup also i could not send support ticket or communicate. When i came to know they took more days and they feel happy by fraud taking prior amounts without service. They costed me a big loss for thousands of dollars from my customers and they dont feel sorry or bad at all. Their support team is cooperative but this is my story how it end.

Vishal R support agent

Vishal R was able to assist me instantly Been a customer for a few weeks and I already fell in love with host4geeks Providing me with a DDOS protected website I got ddosed on my site and it never went down. I love host4geeks

Problem resolved in around 20~30mins online chatting. I remember I had been chatting with Vikas couple of times and he never disappointed me from the technical end. Vikas was great but over all only 4 stars I had given out. Because of my WHM back end lost(or say disabled) some administration features (e.g. add on domain features in creating the package, force change the password at WHM end) so I will have request the Host$Geeks techs to do something at the server end in order to see the features back. Don't know if there is anything else still missing. But overall. I am still happy with what I have paid. :-)

i really appreciate your service, Ashish. Thanks for your assistance

Ashish has always been great & supportive person. I always get support and guided to the right directions. I really really like the Host4Geeks chat features. Support always there when needed. Keep up the work good and keep chat feature alive Thanks Augustine

Needed help with php version control, instead of doing it for me he showed me a cool way off editing my htaccess file to assist with this.
