I have bank statements proving an exact refund of $129.75, yet they are now sending emails claiming I was "never a client" and "never issued a refund." Lying to a customer to cover your tracks is a violation of the Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act. I am not just walking away; I am pursuing the full $1,000 statutory penalty plus my business labor costs. If you think you can scrub your records and pretend a transaction didn't happen to avoid a bad reputation, think again. I am long-time Customer with Host4Geeks.in and having reseller account with them. Off late their server has a bug of not raising the invoice on time. And then they suspend your account for non-payment of invoice. This happened many times and I opened several tickets. The same happened on January 26. The last invoice was not showing in the system, but my account got suspended. Then all of the sudden they say oh sorry we have raised the invoice, and you can clear it to get your account unsuspended. All this time my clients were unhappy with me because their sites show account suspended. So this month they raised 2 invoices one of Dec to Jan and Jan to Feb. I unfortunately paid the Jan to Feb invoice which was just raised and had far Due date. Now they are claiming me to clear both the invoices, and they have again suspended my account. Now after this frustration I asked them to provide my backup so I can leave. They say they want the payment for the pending invoice. I said I have already paid the invoice for the future which was not even due. So you can adjust and allow me 48 hours to take my back up and leave. they are not allowing me or not emailing me the link to download my backup of cPanel. I have had many servers before. but Host4Geeks is pathetic in terms of professionalism. On top of all this, they also charge late fee for their system bug of not raising the invoice. I NOW PAID RESTORATION FEE OF 500. NOW THEY ARE NOT REPLYING AFTER I PAID ALL THE INVOICES. SCREENSHOT ATTACHED.

I had reseller hosting with them, and had 40 accounts, now If you want to move away from them and want to move your 40 or 200 accounts they won't let you move because they've disabled the backup feature on cPanel and if you ask them to enable that, they will charge you $2 per account so let's say you have 200 accounts with them and you want to move them you'll have to pay them $400 just to move your account very unprofessional and unethical

I bought RS M because it offers a free whmcs license, but after I asked to activate the license, they changed everything so that it is no longer offered for RS M, only for the bigger ones. I asked for a refund for this fraud and they didn't offer it, they activated the license until March 31 and said that if I still want it, I have to pay it separately. Beautiful fraud, I have already filed a complaint against them.

When i read some bad reviews here i thought they would be one offs and decided to give them a chance. Big mistake! The level of service is atrocious at best. I ordered their Odoo M managed server, we started off with them provisioning the wrong version, now while the technician Vikas did his best to reinstall the server and try activate the software with the key provided somehow things ended up broken than before. The resorted to asking me to hire a coder to rectify things. the server itsellf would randomly spit out 503 errors and i would have to restart, avery frustrating experience. A Rachit P. constantly insisted me verify my credit card info albeit me using a virtual card. While i did provide all other required information i could not provide a photo of the card as it was a virtual card. Severally i raised the matter in the ticket but for some reason they kept insisting to provide a photo of a VIRTUAL card! How ridiculous! They ened up suspending my service and giving me a run around when i asked what their refund policy. I am not a very technical person but i purchased a VPS elsewhere and was better at setting up Odoo than these guys did. To be fair the technician did his best but all in all i would steer far from this host. All in all i never enjoyed the service i payed for. EDIT: Receiving an email about my experience 2 years later so they can "recognise my experience and respond" is ridiculous to say the least. 2YEARS!!And apparently if I don’t reply to them they will not recognise this review as genuine... Ha! What a laugh.. No thanks. Review stands!

I have a bad experience with the supplier. If you want to avoid a bad time, it is better that you do not contract any service with this company. They are going to charge you for everything. cpanel does not have backup modules. If you want to have your copies you will pay 2 dollars per account so that you can remove your website, 15 dollars for restoration and 2 dollars for a premium if you pay one day after the due date. and your website is deleted in 15 days. The restorations are incomplete. I can say that I wasted time and money with this supplier.

si deseas contratar algún servicio con host4geeks.com te recomiendo que no lo hagas. pasaras un mal rato, 1. cobran por todo. 2. tiene perdidas de datos, 3, si tu factura se vence el un dia. te cobran 2 dólares adicional al plan 4. tu cuenta es eliminada a las 2 semanas de la fecha de vencimiento, y si quieres de nuevo la restauración es de 15 dólares adicionales. 5. las restauraciones son parciales las copias de seguridad incompletas, muchos errores. 6, no hay la opción de cancelas el servicio. 7 no hay devolución de dinero. 8. el cpanel no tiene la opción de sacar copias de seguridad, si deseas migrar tus sitios web tienes que pagar 2 dólares por cada web que migraras. 9.perdi mas tiempo y dinero contratando este proveedor. si deseas evitarte mal rato, mejor busca otro proveedor.
