I suggest not using this channel manager if you are a small operation. Even though they say they "Price Share" they do not. If you do your own prices in a given platform they will not save it to theirs and share it to your other platforms even though they say they do. I have been using the platform for 3 years and their recent changes do not make it conducive to the small STR operation. Help is virtually non existent. All they could tell me was to pay for a dynamic price platform (they do not do well in our market) or change all my prices on their platform. I tried this for my two STRs pulling my data from Airbnb and it was slow, cumbersome and almost impossible. How convenient for them that they will have a dynamic pricing plan available in a few weeks. If you do your own pricing and are a small operation do NOT use this platform.

Highly unethical. They had a price change for new customers last year. My credit card wasnt working and I wasnt able to update it, my subscription stopped which is understandable. That was on a saturday, when on the Sunday I was able to update my credit card again, they did allow me but the subscription price increased with more than 15%, I contacted Hospitable and they didnt do anything about it. They said its a new subscription and stuck to it. I then heard similar stories in Facebook groups from owner hosts that Hospitable had suddenly massively increased their rate. It was wrong, and feel being treated wrongly especially as I am not in control of the situation in any way and they took advantage. While reaching out for sure, I was expecting courteous decency and that was completely lacking. Not only did I not like the unannounced unexpected price hike, the way they handled the situation made me feel very unsupported and created distrust towards Hospitable. And when I read similar situations from other hosts I knew it was time to find another solution.

Run run run!!!! Very rude I am a cleaner for this company and they treat me like I am the cohost they try to make me do everything. Meanwhile they do nothing. Why not cut the middleman out and pay the cleaners to do everything? cut the middleman out. might as well because we do everything for this company and all they do is complain and yell and Put all the work on the cleaners I had Sanjoy as a co host rep to assign me houses. Very lazy and rude leaves all the work on me as the cleaner They never seem to visit the properties and when the guest complain about poor quality sheets, and appliances they blame it on the cleaner sanjoy had a house where the vacuum was giving issues and instead of going to the property to check out what the reason was he threw out the Dyson that was perfectly fine and bought a brand new vacuum.The job of a cohost is to make sure that the home is being maintained and also at five star status for all the guests to be able to enjoy. They carry poor quality sheets, one star quality pillows, and they expect the cleaners to do magic. They don’t have a proper garbage disposal plan they expect the cleaners to take the garbage with them after all the guest leave they don’t give any proper rules for the house, which concludes the home to become rundown after each guest leaves.

Same as always: no support Can't log in to Hospitable for 3 weeks now. I'm receiving automated emails from Hospitable that there is a broken link and you can't sync my calendar. Really serious. There is no phone number to call - everything is text and email. So with no more than one text or email response per day from Hospital on my issue it's never getting resolved. You're not syncing my calendars - probably because of some software 'update' that wiped out what was entered and now your website won't let me log in to fix it? What service are you providing to me?

Great looking software but there is absolutely no support other than an outdated knowledge board. Average wait time is supposed to be 6 hours but I've never had a reply in 8 hours, on all occasions I've tried, until I chase it up, again and again. Bottom line I've not been bookable for 12 hours, and it's due to hospitable's software. So in reality looks are not everything. *edit.. And I could of predicted the reply, this has been the same response for 10 days. There is not one comment on any social media post. Is this because there is nothing good to say and the awards are made up. Bottom line is you advertise falsely and an official complaint is the only way forward.

Was with Hospitable for about 9 months. Some ups and downs in that time, but outside of some 3-4 occasions where guests were unable to unlock our SmartLocks late at night, it was ok I guess? Real issue came when I discovered that my bank was charging an "international processing fee" for the subscription as Hospitable's accounts are based in Estonia, something their website did not advise of. Given that the majority of US banks charge this fee (Bofa, Wells, JP Morgan, etc), I requested they refund this overage - would for the 9 months was something like $9. Their CEO, Pierre-Camille Hamana refused which lead me to suggesting that without a refund I would be left with no choice but to request a chargeback. His response was to cancel my account and lock access to my data and config without warning. But why refund me 3 months worth of subscription, totaling $75, instead of just refunding me what I asked for ($9) and change his website so future users are warned of the true costs? Pierre-Camille is totally free to do whatever he wants, he's the CEO, but I am free to warn others about such unprofessional and frankly, erratic behavior.

I have been using the site for approximately a year now. Although the platform is easy to navigate, the support is absolutely horrible. It takes days for them to get back to you, it's been like this since I started using the PMS. They keep saying they are growing or hiring but nothing has changed. They are also located in Spain so if you need any help, its within a small window of time if you are in North America. They also have several issues with their lock integration system, another headache with little to no help. It's unfortunate, this could be the leading PMS, but they need to get their corporate infrastructure in place.
