Smartbnb has proved to be one of the best solutions for my business. With the automated responses and market report, it has made several tasks much easier. I have recently taken over the management of my vacation home, in addition to creating a small business that caters to other vacation homeowners with vacation and co-hosting services. I currently handle everything on my own; the auto-responses can cover responses to guests, you also have the option to send e-mails to your cleaning team when you have a booking, cancellation, or change to dates. I have not had any problems, and it does filter through the messages to determine if the auto-response you have setup is applicable. You can opt to have to have the templates set up and send when you want to, but the automation proves to work very well and you can trust that it will only respond as applicable.
