I really enjoy getting daily updates on the health of my listings. Also getting daily calender updates helps boost me in the rankings. Which increases my bookings.

Smartbnb is an excellent program!! It's integration and efficiency is outstanding!! Because of Smartbnb we were able to increase our booking rate 15% within 4 weeks. Being able to connect with guests immediately while maintaining some sort of life away from your phone is almost impossible as a vacation rental owner. Guest requests have to be handled immediately or they walk... I mean, so would you! Smartbnb gives you back your time!!
