Great platform to optimize your Airbnb account

SmartBnB is an nvaluable service that I can’t live without! It helps me maintain a string of friendly messages to guests, that would otherwise be forgotten in the rush of day to day life. Now I can relax because I know that everyone gets the same information on how to find us, how to check in and check out, where to grab something to eat etc etc. This means that communication is streamlined and timely and misunderstandings are a thing of the past. If I need to alter any message and tailor it to the guest, SmartBnB gives me the opportunity with a reminder email before each message is sent. SmartBnB puts my mind at rest by responding to enquiries when I’m on vacation -and even overnight. This maintains my response rate - big tick! SmartBnB has definitely contributed to ensuring that I have kept up Superhost status for the past 2 years.

Great service. There are a few areas smartbnb helps in, one is pre-approving potential guests that just want to double check the dates are open, the other is keeping timely communication with guests for check in info, the day after they check in and after they check out. The AI is also amazing and look forward to using that more.
