I adore SmartBnb. I did my research and looked at other companies before deciding to stay with Smartbnb. The automatic messaging for accepting reservations and sending communications to booked guests is fantastic, and has lots of extras such as images, and different languages. The ability to send reviews on the deadline date is genius, and messaging for reviews can be edited from the program which is super convenient. Very helpful is the ability to see my competition and their rank. Love this program. Smartbnb, please keep up the good work. You are doing what no other company out there has managed to achieve.

Before listing my property on Airbnb, I researched what was available to help me be a responsive host. I read about Smartbnb on airhostsforum.com and signed up for a trial period before going live with my listing. I edited the provided automatic messages to fit my situation, used available smart codes, and created custom codes to provide important information to my guests. Being a new host, I had no idea what to expect as far as the process once there was an inquiry, instant book, or request to book. I had messages ready to go on smartbnb and within 40 minutes of listing, my first booking took place and the messages that were thoughtfully created during my free trial period were automatically sent. It's been just over two weeks, I have 7 bookings, with almost no extra time spent with the initial guest communications. Market reports have helped me fine-tune my pricing and heartbeats lets the prospective guests know my listing is up-to-date. I'm glad I subscribed to smartbnb. When I'm sleeping, I know it is taking care of business for me. It is well worth the subscription fee for the amount of time it saves!

It is useful but honestly I didn't think was worth the cost for me. I'm just a 1 cabin, family owned & operated business. Once I seen how I compared to my competitors, I eally didn't have any more use for it. Overall it is a good product though.

This automated communication service works great... if you only use AirBnb. I hope that they will be adding other options such as Homeaway and Booking.com soon. For what it is, it is great. Smartbnb has also helped me dial in my pricing as well.
