Hi there, As I'm sure you know, I am new to Smartbnb and somewhat new to Airbnb. With respect to Smartbnb, I did find it a bit difficult to get started. It would have been good to have a kind of walkthrough of how to do things and to learn about everything it can do, perhaps I missed it. I did have a problem trying to customize a template, as it just didn't seem to accept what I was doing (sorry, cannot recall details). The AI tab still seems a bit daunting, I will try to figure that out again someday. I think it would be a good idea for you to have a community room where ideas and templates can be shared, this may help reduce the amount of questions you receive. Anyway, I do like the quick response to bookings and inquiries, as well as the heartbeats and other SEOish things done automatically. One thing that would really be great, a mobile version of Smartbnb. I hope to continue to use your product and hope to see I expand to the many other platforms out there.

Great start. Still needs some refining, but it the developers follow through with everything promised, this will be the best management system out there.

Great Job! Very Easy to use. Many options available and useful. Unfortunately, the option " Market" seems inefficient for my area. I can't have good view of my competition's area.

IMHO, the service can become much better if it provides more insights rather than just reporting.

Quite good. Could use improvements but seems like they are working to constantly make the website better.

All seems good, but mobile application needed - it's hard to use web page from mobile device.

Great Value. The Market Reports are interesting, and could be more helpful; i.e., one report I run always returns Entire Houses, even though I am running a report on a Private Room accommodating only 2 guest, but some of the listings accommodate up to 6 guests, so the comps are not truly comparable.
