I used the Porter app for a little over a year for my message automation, and it literally took the Smartbnb trial run to realize how superior it is! First I can EDIT individual messages if needed (couldn't do that before), it's smart enough to know if a guest is missing a profile pic, description, check-in time, etc... And send a custom message. It's sends messages based on guests check-in time (this is great if a guest has and early/late check-in or checkout) as opposed to a set time. It also keeps my calender updated with heartbeats which has helped my SEO placement. I've already started recommending smartbnb to other hosts. Do yourself a favor and take the trial!

Auto messages are great, I use them to send messages to my cleaners and to guests when they book, before arrival, after first night and when they check out. I would prefer to have same options for booking.com since we list our apartments also there. Its quite a big issue since half of our reservations are coming now from booking.com and Airbnb is more and more annoying for hosts so actually I started to prefer booking. Market research is a good idea but its too simple, I would prefer similar to Airdna.co. I miss statistics about my earnings as well. Its not so detailed on airbnb’s website either so there is a big oppurtunity there. I’d like to see my incomes monthly in every single listing, also my avarage night rates, weekend rates, avarage lenght of reservations, nationalty of my guests etc.

SmartBnB takes much of the mental stress of hosting out of your life. I used to be exceedingly concerned about limiting my mobile device because business opportunities show up at all hours. SmartBnB allows me to write once use anywhere/anytime. this is an extremely wonderful service.

SmartBNB is the perfect solution for busy hosts! I have about 14 listings and was spending all day with communications but there were still so many occasions that I forgot to send my guests a checkout reminder message or forgot to send them their door code. SmartBnb now makes sure that that doesn't happen. Plus, I love how the reviews are automated. The most amazing part is that if its a negative review, I can personally write it and it waits until the last minute of the review period to post the review to lessen the chance that the undesirable guests will get notified that I've written them a review and thus have time to review me. Now that's brilliant!

Very convenient. A LOT of features that I have no idea how to use, but that's because I'm too lazy to figure them out. Other than that, fantastic hosting aid.

I love the ease of getting things to work right away. Good interaction with Airbnb data - makes more sense than Airbnb alone. The service has already paid for itself.
