Smartbnb has been really helpful as a reception part of my Shared home airbnb business. I have 5 rooms rented out in my house. 7 listings total. Its quiet communication work while i am running this all by myself, include cleaning and other part time job. I also like the monthly service since my location is seasonal for the tourists. Highly recommended .

Smartbnb have taken the angst out of staying on top of things i know have time to get on with the rest of the business without worrying if i have sent this email or that email. The amount of features also lets me customize the program to suit me. Time is money and if your spending time sending and sorting emails then your throwing money away. SmartBnB has transformed my life as an Airbnb host. Now I never have to worry that I've forgotten to send out key information or check-out info, etc. I honestly don't know why Airbnb doesn't offer all the functionality that SmartBnB does - they are missing the boat. I am VERY thankful that SmartBnB exists - it has made my life so much easier!

Really great platform, literally saves me about an hour and a half a day of messaging. I have a message for just about every event. $18 for the first two listing plus a little extra for my third listing is totally worth it. Time is my most valuable asset and this gives me more time to focus on other things. Best investment I've ever made for rentals.

I have been using SmartBnB for a couple of months now, and absolutely couldn't be without it.

I've been using Smartbnb for the past few months and it has saved me countless hours of worry. Knowing that I can rely on the platform to push out messages to guests for my 5 properties, and instantly reply to guest bookings, allows me to sleep easy. The dashboard is built intuitively. There is a short learning curve, but based on the amount of time it saves me overall, it is really worth it.
