Great product

We are a Airbnb Superhost with multiple properties and Smartbnb does an incredible job of communicating with our guests & cleaning staff

Smart b&b has been a big time saver and has allowed us to be very responsive to our guests without having to be tied to a mobile device all the time. Moreover it's allowed us to be relatively doting on our guests by using automated messages at different times in the rental cycle. Have yet to spend time with the artificial intelligence service but it looks pretty intriguing and I suspect it will be of greater value as I acquire more properties and the volume of inquiries becomes more significant.

I LOVE SMARTBNB! I no longer stress out when I receive that “PING” notification that a guest, potential guest or new booking has contacted me. I know that Smartbnb has responded within a few SECONDS of receiving that notification. If any further action is required from me, I can address that when I’m available to do so - NOT IMMEDIATELY! After setting up and personalizing the messages going out, my business is on autopilot! I could not be happier - it is well worth the little expense for the service!

I love this app. Easy to set up, use & edit. Has saved us so much time & systemised our communication processes & message flows. The new Metrics looks excellent & more importantly provides the data we need to keep our listing on track.
