Smartbnb is a convenient way of semi-automating routine host to guest interactions for short term rental platforms like Airbnb and Homeaway. Market report is useful for measuring search placement. Plus, the level of customization outperforms competitor offerings that I trialed - it's definitely worth the monthly fee! There are few things that I wish worked better: 1. Faster generating of responses for events - I may be faster manually. 2. No (working) bulk method of copying templates between Airbnb and HomeAway, 3. Not possible to schedule guest messages by time e.g. at 9am local or GMT, only uses relative time difference from check in or checkout. I hope to see more platform sync is added in the future, like Trip Advisor and Booking. But overall, it is a great time saver!
