Great tool and excellent service!

I love smartbnb! It has been a game changer for me as a property manager of multiple vacation rentals. The automated messaging has drastically reduced my workload and given me freedom... I'm not constantly glued to my phone or computer and can relax that most messages will be handled automatically within a minute. The Market reports and Heartbeats are nice features. Last but certainly not least, the smartbnb team is very responsive whenever I have a question or issue. I would highly recommend this automated messaging tool to anyone who is managing multiple listings.

Sending templated, automated emails has drasticly reduced my overhead in managing reservations. This is by far the best monthly subscription I've paid for, that pays for itself. Sending messages timed to reservations, such as reminders for me to reprogram door codes, or to teammates to do cleanings, etc. as well as to guests giving them stock (and tailored) information at the right times via automation. Well, that's a lifesaver.
