We manage our house in quite a different time zone. So it was essential to find a solution to send messages while we are sleeping. Smartbnb does exactly this. By including this software in our management system it has opened new opportunities. One of these is to be able to accept bookings at extremely short notice. Further, the high level of communication gives guests the feeling of security with them following our house rules much better and them having an overall much higher level of appreciation of their stay reflected in their reviews. The Smartbnb system is being improved to reflect other booking platforms other than Airbnb and HomeAway. The high level of responsiveness of the developer team enables to shape the system to our own needs. One example is improving the artificial intelligence for automatic response to guest questions. I must admit, that it took me something like 16 hours to set up all messages in a way that I was very satisfied including a high level of specific guest related data in the messages. Although my time investment to date has not been amortised yet. However, I do not feel that I have to wait for a specific moment in time to send out a message to a guest and can just lay back and relax knowing that the system is taking care. Overall highly recommended. I do hope, that the smart B&B developer team continues the work on their mission to constantly improve the system. I have not tried out the task scheduler yet. That will be will be one of my next steps. This opens a whole new array of possibilities.

Having automated responses reply to inquiries and being able to personalize those responses with custom shortcodes has proven to be extremely effective.

Excellent software. Excellent staff. Pays for itself immediately. This is the only app I’ve ever used where after talking to support about my issues 9/10 they explain things well enough that I understand the issue is with my business processes and not their app - almost worth the app cost just for the business consulting. I hope they can retain this level of support as they scale because I am sure they will grow quickly with such an awesome service.
