What a lifesaver. Love this app.

I tested about 10 different messaging / automation platforms and decided de smartbnb was the.best for me. The messaging and operations platform is at least 1 full generation ahead of all the other platforms (August 2019). Is great multi language and Short codes (fields that will be replaced according to each property,each platform, each guest). So far this is the main focus on Airbnb. There are some promises from the developers that I hope will come true soon. They have been working hard on the product with daily updates. They have improve a lot their mobile platform (but is not 100% ready). Also I'm looking forward booking.com compatibility. The developers are promising this feature for 2019. There is no perfect platform but so far for my needs this one is the.best.

Must-have tool for every Airbnb host. Even with just 1 property, Smartbnb will make you a better host with fewer efforts than before.

I'm in the early days of setting everything up on Smartbnb that is going to streamline a lot of things for me. It has enabled me to take on 2 more properties and grow our business and I know I would not have been able to do this without the help of Smartbnb.

This is a really great platform, helping automate routine tasks on the STR platforms. It is easy to ‘set it and forget it’. So many great features that are worth the current price. There are just a few minor area for improvement, that I believe are being worked on, such as a Mobile app, optimized for use on you phone. It would also be great to see further enhancements to the AI email assisted functions. But these are by no means show stoppers. So much potential.
