good integration. I like being able to customize the automated messages. having a free plan is nice. You just have to leave the link in for the automated messages.

I’ve had a great experience with Hospitable overall. The platform is easy to set up and use, and I especially appreciate the automated messaging, AI integration, performance metrics, and calendar features. It has made managing my short-term rental much more streamlined and efficient. The one area I would like to see improved is customer support. Having access to a live customer service agent, even if only during normal business hours, would be a valuable addition when dealing with questions or issues that require more immediate assistance. Overall, Hospitable is a great platform with excellent features, and I would highly recommend it to other short-term rental hosts and property managers.

I came across Hospitable by chance word of mouth referral after almost 12 months battling with my previous PMS system. I was blown away with how easy and intuitive it was, and what took months setup with my previous system, took only days with Hospitable. It is very intuitive and the AI help usually gets it right first time. The pricing is great too. It just feels like its built on the latest technology and use of AI and feels extremely efficient and simple. The Hospitable community is great where questions or issues can be raised and the community can help answer questions. There are also regular zoom meetings and podcasts with latest updates etc. They seem to regularly adding new features and evolving even better. And there are heaps of platforms or add ons that it integrates with. So overall very happy that I discovered it!
