Living in Greenville South Carolina I could have driven over to their location to pick up my parts but I decided to order them on line. I place my order Friday Jan, 31 at 7:06 pm. By Friday Jan, 31 at 10:06 pm, Hose Warehouse confirmed my order and was getting it ready for shipment. Pick up by UPS Monday Feb 3, and delivered Tue Feb 4. That my friends is the best customer service I have had in a long time. I also looked high and low on the internet for the hydraulic hose and fittings that I had purchase from Hose Warehouse, and with out a doubt, Hose Warehouse had the best price. The next time I order from Hose Warehouse. I'm going to do it in person so I can thank them personally.
