Ordered on line where it showed in stock. was contacted by email sayin that I needed to contact them concerning our order. So I did to find that they did not have the adapters but their supplier did. Couldn't drop ship from supplier. DUE TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. So I'm sure we got ***smoked*** with freight twice. The customer is wrong in this instance, even though I thought I ordered it next day air originally, and wasn't offered an alternative part number that was from a different mfg. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE and good feeling to pay $17.50 for non expedited shipping of 3.28lbs of merch. ;)

Some manufacturers will not drop ship, no matter what... that is the case with Eaton. Ordered on Tue 9/29 - shipped on Thurs 10/1 which is 2 days later. Part shipped ground from Akron to Georgia standard 2-3 business days with a weekend. Delivered Monday 10/5 11:52 AM. The jump size SAE was probably stock for us, where as a Long Drop -12 ORS/SAE 90 degree adapter was a real oddball. We value your business and worked hard to get the part to you as early as possible within the parameters which we were given. In the future, if a cross reference part to a manufacturer would be acceptable, we'd be glad to give you options and could have been shipped next day, additionally, changing shipping method to a faster option may have saved you some down time too. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope everything worked out for you in the end. We're here to serve you. As far as being "smoked" twice for shipping, I'm not sure what you mean by that because you are not charged inbound freight, only outbound freight. 1 box 3.28 lbs, Fedex Ground to GA $17.50.
