They were out of stock on an item
They were out of stock on an item. After they confirmed a delay in supply from their supplier, they contacted me immediately and offered options for completing my order. Wasn’t able to get everything I needed but that’s the result of people not working. The Hose Warehouse provided great customer service.

Value Added Service & Best Price
I placed an order for some bulkheads not thinking about the current shortages for raw material despite the fact that I work for a distributor and have been updating customers on this very issue! When I was informed that the material I ordered had a 5-6 week lead time before arriving, I requested that Hose Warehouse contact the manufacturer and have it shipped direct to me rather than stopping off at Hose Warehouse which is extraordinarily common and how distributors are able to consolidate freight to not be charged themselves, but since I had paid for the FedEx shipping, I thought I would ask. Michelle Rozak reached out to the MFR to make this request and they obliged! This is the kind of customer service I aim to provide for my customer and am always appreciative of when I receive that same consideration from an establishment! Did I mention that Hose Warehouse was also able to offer the BEST price on the 3" Bulkheads which is why I honed in on them in the first place! Great experience for a first time purchase and will come back again the next time I am needing more material for my project. Thank you!
