Items were not stocked......... had to wait for order. Everything else was fine, items arrived as ordered.

Hi Thomas, apologies, Silicone End Dip has a shelf life and we tend to rely on the Eaton Aeroquip for stock so that you receive the freshest and longest shelf life on your end. Thank you for your purchase of this and the Bandit clamp products!

Long wait for my order
Response from Hose WarehouseJul 20, 2020
Hi Roger, I looked into your order, delays due to corona may have been involved. This was a large Bauer adapter and we had to rely on Dixon Valve stock at the manufacturer. We try to make customers aware of delays and in this case it may have been due to the shutdowns and state of the world in early June. We appreciate your feedback and hope to expedite your orders more quickly in the future.

We're still working on stock levels and cost of freight has us ship complete on orders, we appreciate your business and thank you.

I thought you had it in stock. Fair price, but delivery cost me some drama.
Response from Hose WarehouseMar 18, 2020
Sorry Steve, we try to provide no-drama sales and happy customers.

The item we order were listed as in stock and after we bought it I got an email that said they were of of stock and work at additional time for us to receive them. We did get them but took 3-4 additional days.
Response from Hose WarehouseMar 4, 2020
Hi Doug, Apologies, we try to have turning parts in stock and it looks as if your D ring extenders do not have enough turns to warrant on the shelf (yet). We do not have a statement on the products stating that they are in stock, although we are working on listing product quantities as soon as we figure it out. Thank you.
Butch E.
wasn't told the parts would be on backorder and would take a week or so
Response from Hose WarehouseFeb 14, 2020
Hi Butch, Thank you for the honest review :) We try to stock parts based on turns and sometimes we don't have enough to ship complete (and with the cost of shipping these days, shipping complete is the difference between profit and loss on some orders) We appreciate the order and hope to improve everywhere we can. Your comment will be discussed on how to improve in the future.
