Hi Neil, I show shipped 9405511899564329329026 From the tracking, USPS says 'The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of November 3, 2020, 1:10 am. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected.' Please call us at the phone number on our website during regular business hours 8-5 Eastern Time. We may need to reship but maybe fingers crossed it's delivered today or tomorrow. I might suggest since this is a feedback open to public that you not add your phone number, and edit to remove it. It is just an invitation for possible spam phone calls. Apologies for an issue with shipping that is out of our control. We will try to correct the problem as quickly as we can.

Thank you Jeff, I hope you contacted our customer service to fix the issue... I think we just filled two pieces instead of 2 bags of 10 after looking at the order... this one just slipped through the cracks and it is a mistake in order fulfillment. My apologies.

Apologies Chris, it wasn't until the customer we accidentally send your order to called to let us know of our error. We had them ship directly to you with a shipping label we sent to them. I hope it all worked out in the end for you, and again, We sincerely apologize.

If you have Flexfab 5508-250 silicone hose being sold for $30 locally, I'd recommend snatching that up and putting it on eBay... as far as lead time, we are a wholesaler and if not in stock, it may take a day or two to get products that are not on our shelf. We ship from our warehouse in Ohio. Please keep us in mind for the future if you can live with a one-week delivery.
