I needed to replace a few 3-3/4" bail handles on an older Sumter furniture dresser, and finally found that I could replace just the handle, not the ornate plate itself. I worked up the courage to squeeze them together with Channel-lock pliers, very slowly and carefully, and it worked great. I think these new handles are higher quality than the originals.

I have used Horton Brasses repeatedly and have always been pleased by the high quality of their products. When I had my kitchen redone I told the contractor to not worry about the knobs because I would get those. When it came time for his team to install them they were all impressed with the look and feel. My most recent order (a pair of drawer pulls) looks great and will look even better once I finish the cabinet I'm building (woodworking is my hobby).

I have done business with Horton Brasses over decades, always with perfect satisfaction. My next to last shipment had a dispatch clerk error with an incorrect product being shipped along with the correct rest of my order. Addy in customer service was professional and appreciative of my business and of what had occurred. She immediately sent me the documentation and return postage for my return shipment. Meanwhile my reorder showed up in the remarkable time frame of two days via US Postal Service, as had the one before. I highly recommend this company anytime I have the opportunity.

We purchased the brass rings and they are very nice quality. I am so glad I stumbled upon the website after searching all over the internet and local stores for a quality product at an affordable price. These are far and away superior to anything else I bought (and returned) including a few that were made in Italy. The only thing I would recommend is to offer a few more classic styles to go along with the rings and also make your website find its way to the top of the search so more people can find it! Thanks!
