Horton BrassesReviews of horton-brasses.com

I love Horton brasses. I've always had great experiences with them. Question or an order? Call and they will answer on the first or second ring, and you can talk to the owner, Orion.

Have been buying here for years & will continue to do so.

I have purchased from Horton-Brasses multiple times. In every case, customer service was there to help me with finishes and details. My product arrived promptly and carefully wrapped. The quality is excellent and I will enjoy for many years.

The pulls were delivered on time and were even nicer looking in person. I love the aged brass finish.

I had recently purchased a brass hook from you several months ago only to realize that the original hook color no longer existed. I spoke with Amy at Horton Brasses and without any issues, she asked me to send back the original hook for you to match. No additional upcharge or delays (leadtimes) - just had to use my original hook as the color standard. Thanks so much!!!

I had a few questions that I could not get clarified on the website. I called the toll free number and a very nice lady answered the phone. She was very personable and let me know that the order could be customized to include the back plate from one set of hardware and the handle from another. The order was shipped promptly and the hardware was exactly as described.

I love the look of the hand forged pieces... this was the only place I could find that style I was looking for. They're absolutely worth the price, they are beautiful pieces and the hand forged screws really complete the look. Warning... Be sure and drill the right size pilot hole because the hand forged screws aren't as strong as typical screws. Our pilot hole must have been a size small because it was a little difficult to turn and the screw head broke off when it was almost in (it was a hard wood too). Don't make this mistake, it turns a simple install into a mess! They don't come with instructions so be sure and ask Horton if you're not sure what size pilot hole is needed, and drill the hole to the full depth of insertion. I reached out to Horton and they kindly sent me a replacement screw for no charge. Went up a size on the pilot hole this time and it went in perfectly. Very happy with the finished product!

Great product which was excactly as I wanted and delivery very fast! Thanks. Julie brown
